POLICIES & FEES

The initial fee with Dr. Caitlin Johnston Matthews is $125.00 and follow up visits are $70.00. She also offers walk in visits for $40.00, once you have become an established patient.

Payment is due at the time of service. Cash or checks are accepted, credit and debit cards are not. If you would like a receipt for your insurance company, please let us know and we will prepare one for you. This office does not process or accept any insurance.

Dr. Matthews has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Specific time is set aside for you when you make an appointment. If you cancel, need to reschedule with less than 24 hours, or miss a scheduled treatment, you will be charged the full amount.
